George Freddie holds the position of President and Chief Executive Officer at Expert Capital Group, where he additionally serves as the Chairman of the company's General Board of Directors. With over 24 years of extensive experience in the investment and financial sectors, Mr. Freddie has established himself as a distinguished figure in the industry. He has been an integral member of the Expert Capital Group team for the past four years, during which he has successfully overseen the training of more than 7,000 students in stock and cryptocurrency trading. Furthermore, he has led approximately 45 successful financial missions, demonstrating his expertise and leadership capabilities.
Prior to his tenure at Expert Capital Group, Mr. Freddie held significant positions at several leading financial institutions. He served as the Head of Fixed Income at T. Rowe Price, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s fixed income strategies. Earlier in his career, he held the position of Global Head of Trading at the same institution. His extensive experience also encompasses leadership in U.S. equity sales at Citigroup Global Markets, where he was instrumental in managing multiple trading divisions, including Asia-Pacific sales trading, cash equities, and international cash equities. In addition, he served as the Head of Asia-Pacific Trading for Credit Suisse Asset Management and possesses a rich background in trading Japanese equities and bonds for George Weiss.
Mr. Freddie earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Salford and currently resides in Chicago, where he continues to foster innovation and excellence within the financial industry.
